Service & Back of House Support (Student Job)



SCHEDULE : minimum 3 days / week

What is Hermès?

Hermès Benelux & Nordics is a subsidiary of Hermès International, distributing Hermès products in Benelux and Scandinavia. Operating 9 stores in beautiful cities such as Brussels, Knokke, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo, the region is a geographic and cultural mosaic : 7 cities, 6 countries, 5 languages, 4 currencies.

General Mission

As the Service & Back of House Support, you play an important role in the organization of the store. You are in support for service tasks, such as welcoming clients in a warm & friendly manner and managing the queue. You make sure each client experiences a smooth, friendly and personalized visit. You are also the link between the stock and the sales teams, picking up and bringing back products in the store, making sure Sales Associates can offer great service to our clients.

Main Activities


  • Welcome clients at the door

  • Make clients comfortable during their waiting time

  • Serve drinks & Monde d’Hermès

  • Answer the first questions if possible

  • Wrapping and other additional tasks

Back of House

  • Assist the sales team by bringing products from stock

  • Support with unpacking deliveries

  • Help with replenishing packaging and store supplies

  • Fluent Dutch and English are mandatory

  • Be available in November and December, at least 3 times a week, especially on Thursdays, Fridays, and on the weekend
